The building was initially designed in our office for office use.
Later, following the developer’s request to adapt the design for the Peres Academic Campus, the building underwent internal layout changes as well as external modifications and additions, such as terraces for student use, along with various programmatic requirements including emergency exits, accessibility, and security. In addition, a request for temporary use was submitted for this building until the uses are formalized under a district zoning plan.

As part of the redesign for the academic center, computer laboratories, a library, classrooms, an auditorium, meeting rooms, and administrative offices were planned within the building.
